Thoughts become actions. Actions become habits. Which is why lifestyle coaching is a vital component of the 20/20 Lifestyles program.

Through a combination of one-on-one and weekly group meetings with a licensed counselor, clients learn new habits to replace unhealthy ones. You’ll also be supported to understand and effectively cope with past behaviors and thought patterns. Furthermore, you’ll learn important skills for staying healthy, like controlling emotional eating, understanding body and brain chemistry, and stress and time management.

All of the 20/20 Lifestyles counselors are state-licensed, and have expertise in helping individuals with weight-related metabolic imbalances. Each has a Master's degree, and many have earned their Ph.D.'s.
